do not offer phone support at this time. The reason
being is quite simple. We try to keep our costs low and therefore pass
that on to our customers. We do offer unlimited email support during normal business hours of 8-5 (PST). We realize that some
people would rather speak to someone on the phone regarding their questions, but
we are very prompt in responding to emails, so we encourage customers to ask
questions via email.
I live in a country outside of the
U.S., can I still join?
Yes, we have many
members that live in the U.K., Australia, Canada, Italy, Singapore, and more.
We have wholesale dropshippers that are based in those countries and many in the
U.S. that will dropship worldwide so you have the ability to take advantage of

What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping is where a wholesale distributor such as the ones listed in our
directory will ship their products anywhere for you. You do not have to carry
any inventory or make any shipments. You can usually take the images and
descriptions off the distributors website and use them on your own website or
online auction and sell them. Once someone makes a purchase for the item,
generally you email your distributor the address the item needs to be shipped
and they will ship the item right away for you. It's that easy! Many people use
our sources to sell on Ebay and make a great profit! To give you a visual of

Does your directory contain international
wholesalers?
Yes, our
directory contains a variety of wholesalers and distributors worldwide. We have
many wholesalers in Canada, the UK, Australia, and many more countries. Some of
these distributors also dropship in these countries. We have the largest
selection of worldwide wholesalers in our directory. Some wholesalers that are
based in the U.S. will also offer worldwide dropshipping.
Do the wholesale dropshippers sell name brand
products?
Yes, we
have most of the major name brands listed throughout our index that these
wholesale distributors sell.
Are there minimum orders?
No, with our dropshippers you won't
have to buy large lots or bulk quantities. You only have to buy one item
at a time. Even with our Chinese Suppliers, you can just buy one at a
time.
Do I have to buy and pay for the
items up front?
No, the benefit of dropshipping is
that you won't have to pay for the item until it sells and your customer pays
you. So that means you won't have any out of pocket expense at all!
You get your profit right away!
Will the
dropshipper use my name or company name as the return address on the package?
Yes, they will. The
dropshipper will use your name or company name and address on the package so
that it looks like the package actually came from you and they won't know that
it actually came directly from the dropshipper.
How are returns
handled or if a product is damaged in shipment?
The dropshipper will take care of
all returns and damaged goods. You will simply contact your dropshipper
about the product being returned and they will usually give you a RMA number and
address to send the product back to. The RMA number is a special code that
identifies the package once it reaches the dropshipper. Just forward that
information to your customer and they will mail back the package directly to the
dropshipper.

You will
receive a secret link with a password immediately following your payment in

I just paid, how come I did not receive the secret
link?
You should
have received a link immediately following your payment, however if you closed
your browser or it timed out, you could have lost the link. Check your email
that you received immediately following your payment and the link will be there
which will allow you to register for our members area.

one time setup fee which allows us to setup the website and purchase the domain
name on your behalf. We do charge an annual fee of only $49 which includes
unlimited support and website maintenance.
This fee is not due until a year from when your website is setup. This is
only for platinum plan, there is no annual fee for the basic plan.
Do I get to pick my own domain name?
Yes, you can
choose any domain name that you would like that is available and we'll setup
your site with that name.
If I already have a domain name, can I use that?
Yes, you
can use your current domain name and we will setup the site with that name.
You will need to just change the name servers on your current domain to point to
our servers.
Can I add my own products from other
dropshippers to the website?
Yes, you
can add your own products from any other dropshippers to the website. We
don't limit you to using just our dropshippers either. If you know of
other sources, you can add those products to your website easily. We have
an easy to use admin area of the website that makes adding products a snap.
Do I need a merchant account for the
website?
No, you don't
need to have a merchant account. We setup the site with the paypal
shopping cart, so you will get paid from your customers through paypal.
However if you do have a merchant account or would like to get one, our websites
support the following merchant accounts that are already integrated in the site:
2checkout.com, authorize.net, iPayment, NOCHEX, PSiGate, & SECPay
How and when do I get paid
from sales on my website?
You will get paid for all sales
through your paypal account. Your customers will place an order on your
site and will get paid immediately. There's no waiting weeks for a
paycheck, the money is in your account right away.
Can I customize the site by adding
my own logo, changing info on the front page, etc.?
Yes, with all of our OsCommerce
sites, you can add your own logo, add banners, links, text and more to your
website easily in the administrative area of the website. No programming
knowledge is needed.
How many dropshippers and products
are setup on the website?
We setup one dropshipper for your
website which you choose. Each dropshipper has different product offerings
and pricing, so you will determine which one you want to use and we'll setup
your site accordingly. Each dropshipper has a different product quantity,
so it really depends which one you choose to determine how many products are on
your site, but we setup the site with all the products they offer. You are
then free to add as many products and dropshippers to the site as you want.
How long does it take to setup the
website?
Your website will be setup within
1-3 business days after you register your domain and choose your website design.
